Candidates have the right to decline a background check without it affecting their application process.

Candidates have the right to dispute inaccurate results.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any employment decisions made by Clients, nor for the accuracy of information provided by Candidates.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and job postings, is the property of Staff Kings Group LC and may not be used without permission.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in [San Diego, CA].
